JOHOR BARU: Thirty-five foreigners have been nabbed in a joint operation by Rela, the police, the police air wing and Immigration Department.
Acting on a tip-off, 230 Rela members, 22 police personnel and five Immigration officers raided Kampung Melayu Pandan at 10.30pm on Friday.
Johor Baru (South) OCPD Asst Comm Shafie Ismail said the air wing provided air cover.
He added that all the detainees had been sent to the Immigration detention centre in Pekan Nenas.
