KUALA LUMPUR, March 18 (Bernama) -- An Indonesian maid was found bludgeoned to death at the home of a titled government department director in Taman Tun Dr Ismail this evening. The unidentified 34-year-old victim had sustained a deep wound on the back of the head. Her valuables were missing. A son of her employer found her dead in the hall of the house in Jalan Datuk Sulaiman 4, when he returned home from work about 7pm. It is learnt that the victim had worked for her employer, who is a datuk, for the past six years. Initial police investigations revealed that the killer might have been known to the maid as there was no forced entry into the house in Jalan Datuk Sulaiman 4. City CID chief, SAC II Ku Chin Wah said police were investigating the motive of the murder. He said the victim's body was sent to the Kuala Lumpur Hospital mortuary. --BERNAMA MFA SNS GR
