KUWAIT CITY: A 25-year-old Indonesian maid filed a complaint at Taima Police station accusing unidentified three young men of raping her in a car.
According to security sources, the woman alleged that she hired a taxi from Jahra going somewhere. During the trip, the taxi driver made passes at her but she refused his advances, so he dropped her on the road along the Sixth Ring Road.
While waiting by the side of the road for conveyance, she said, the young men stopped and forced her into their car took her secluded to a place and raped her one after the other. They then drove her back to the same place they picked her from and sped away.
The victim gave the police the description of the taxi and registration number of the young men's car. A case was registered and the police are investigating the matter.
Two brothers beaten: Two brothers on Friday filed a complaint at Jahra Police Station accusing an unidentified person of beating them.
The complainants told police their attacker, who was driving a jeep, asked them to stop and beat them mercilessly before escaping from the scene.
They submitted a medical report to substantiate their claims, saying, they have no idea why the alleged assailant beat them. A case was registered and police will summon the accused for questioning.
